DYNAMIC EARTH EXPANDS HOSPITALITY OFFERING WITH NEW COMPANY OF COOKS PARTNERSHIP

The café at Scotland’s leading Earth science centre will undergo a transformation, alongside the introduction of new seasonal and sustainably sourced menus.

Visitors to Dynamic Earth will soon experience a refreshed food and hospitality offering, as we announce a new partnership with Company of Cooks. From 2 March 2026, the hospitality group will take over delivery of our café and event catering services.

As a charity dedicated to inspiring people to understand and protect our planet, it is essential that every part of the visitor experience supports Dynamic Earth’s educational and environmental mission. Following a competitive process, Company of Cooks stood out for their shared values, their commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainability and their ability to create memorable and bespoke hospitality experiences that complement and enhance our learning programmes and exhibitions.

Awarded the Green Tourism Gold Award and Green Meeting Gold Award in 2025, sustainability sits at the core of Dynamic Earth’s operations. Rooted in shared principles, this partnership with Company of Cooks reflects our wider organisational mission to inspire understanding and care for the planet. Our collaboration aims to connect food, storytelling and science in ways that complement the themes explored across the centre’s galleries, planetarium and learning programmes.

The new partnership will introduce a refreshed café layout, improved service flow, family-friendly spaces and menus that draw on Scottish producers and reflect the themes explored within our galleries. Company of Cooks will also support our busy programme of public and private events with a more flexible, responsive catering offer designed around our clients and our community
